My Story
My name is William Krenn, and I’m the founder of Phoenix Professional Car Service. I joined the Army while in college in 2009, and honestly, it was something I’d wanted to do since I was a little boy. Growing up, I heard stories about my grandfathers — one who served in the U.S. Army, one in the U.S. Navy, both during World War II. I wanted to follow in their footsteps. Service was in the family.
I was attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, working my way through school, when I found out the Army wasn’t just going to help me pay for tuition — they were going to pay me to go to school. The GI Bill was the cherry on top. I signed.
I served from 2009 to 2014 with the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a 13M — a Multiple Launch Rocket System crew member — and reached the rank of E-4 Specialist. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UW-Milwaukee in 2011, graduating with honors.
The Values That Never Left
The Army gave me a framework for values I already believed in. Personal courage. Duty. Selfless service. I already carried integrity and respect for others before I enlisted — the Army only sharpened them.
Those values didn’t stay in uniform. They came home with me, and they are the foundation of everything at PPCS. When your chauffeur arrives fifteen minutes early, that’s duty. When we give you flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees, that’s integrity. When we track your delayed flight and wait at no extra charge because it’s the right thing to do, that’s selfless service.
